Wrong Turn 4 (2011) Film Short Story :

Takes after a gathering of companions that choose to go snowmobiling amid their winter break. They make a “wrong turn”, becoming mixed up in a tempest, and look for safe house in a deserted sanatorium. They are totally disconnected by the tempest and are grateful they can escape the components. However, the sanatorium has a grieved past, and some of its previous patients still dwell there and are not cheerful about the interruption. In a fatal round of feline and mouse, the school kids must battle to survive the night.
